Return or exchange
Is the item not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but that can happen!
What are the conditions?
- The item must be returned to us within 14 calendar days (counting from the day after delivery)! If your purchase was more than 14 days ago, you can unfortunately no longer return or exchange it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- As a customer you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment . The costs for this depend on the shipping method you choose. Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.
Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
How does this work?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating which product you wish to return or exchange.
You return the goods to us, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original labels and tags, within fourteen days.
PLEASE NOTE that packages cannot be physically delivered to the above return address, only by a courier service.
You will receive the new product or the paid amounts from us as soon as possible (shipping costs are for the account of the consumer) on the account number of your choice. We undertake to make the refund at the latest within a period of 30 days after we have received notice from you that you are canceling the purchase, stating your account number.
